ommpfritt なるドローソフト？ アニメ制作ソフト？ を見かけた。

Windows版もあるらしいので、Windows10 x64 1909 上で ommpfritt 0.1.3 を試用してみたけれど…。操作方法がよく分からない…。アニメも作れるツールっぽいのだけど…。
